When i was working before kids, i was awake at 7 to be ass in chair in the office at 8.
With 2 kids, their breakfast, school/daycare drop offs, and getting myself ready, im up at 545 to hopefully make it there before 9. Assuming one of my kids doesnt have a complete melt down because the clothes they picked out were “definitely purple” and not blue like they are today
ITT: people think their favorite movie is more recognizable than it is
I used to wear a cross every day, and i believed… until i realized everyone else around me were all hypocrites for one reason or another and no one actually practiced what they preached.

We just moved to a house with over an acre and a creek that runs through the back yard and we have them all over the place right now.
My dog had never seen them before and i caught him this week trying to eat them. One would flash and he’d chomp towards it, then another would and he seemed confused on how it got over there so fast and hed chomp that direction. It was precious
We used to do this at work. But it would turn out the company basically shut down after thanksgiving because so few people actually took vacation thru out the year.
Now we are on “permissive time off” which means there is no set amount you can take or really… have to take. So in general, people just work more and are pissed off about it
Do people really get upset about this? I hear it every day and have not even considered it would upset anyone
It just like a transaction, but with time. I booked an hour of your time, but used 56 minutes, so you get 4 of them back. Would someone be upset by giving someone 60 cents only to get 4 cents back because the product actually costs 56? No one expects you can buy anything with those 4 cents, but theyre still yours
