I was gonna say, refurbished hdds work perfectly for this. Now, I am kind of reaching that point where a NAS with multiple 20tb hdds is in order but generally you can get pretty far with hdds.

That’s funny I just switched from Spotify to Deezer.

NGL the offline download sucks takes forever and drops out every now and again, so you kind of have to babysit.

And also some things are just not as convenient and some things are missing.

But yeah for now it’s the best alternative that I have.

Well when I tried it it sucked. It’s solid for replacing Premiere Pro but AfterFX has some different functions that davinci Resolve just doesn’t offer out of the box. I had a real bad day trying to build an audio reactor. I actually tried installing reactor for like 3 days and alternatively get familiar with the scripting API. I had to give up because it started to eat into my daily schedule.

I envy you

• VST / full plugin support Ableton or FL support (I’m sorry but they are just way easier to use and that’s kind of important for casual users)
• AfterFX support or feasible alternative
• better audio interface drivers
• easier firewall like net limiter
• generelly making some more things controllable in an interface rather than only the terminal

I agree with the other comments. “Should” kind of frames this as a necessity. It’s not - no one gets to dictate what’s in the game except for the developers. But I will have a hard time without a clean PvE mode, especially if the game wants to be both PvE and PvP.

Why? Because in PvE you are dependent on the community of the game. And sometimes it’s great, but sometimes it can really suck the fun out of a game. Having the option to chill and not interact with anyone can be great of you don’t wanna gamble on the community, especially when you wanna play to decompress after a work day.
