    Saute up some zucchinis until they’re nice and caramelized, then toss some white beans in garlic powder and saute until golden. Add in the zucchs and enjoy as is or serve over pasta.

    Take cooked white beans and make a salad with parsley, shallot, celery, cucumber, salt, and pepper and a vinaigrette with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Add chopped cherry tomatoes if it tickles your fancy.
