Those carrots need to be chopped finer. It looks difficult to eat like that. Besides that I wish I had one right now…
Is that cabbage pickled? If not, it should be. One of my favourite taco toppings.
In Baja it’s common for fish tacos to have raw cabbage.
I like it raw too, of course.
