I’m hearing the marketing for this one is on the spoilery side (as is frequently the case with Falcom), so beware.

I’m at chapter 2 of CSIV, having Reverie and Daybreak 1 to get through, I might be ready for DB2 when it launches.

And there’s still more to come, heh.

Hope you enjoy Reverie, it’s one of my favorites in the series.

I have to get back to where I was… I was a few chapters into CS3 and put the entire thing on hiatus from burnout. Working thru Sky 3rd now and really looking forward to Crossbell for the first time using the official Western releases. Have only played the Geofront mods to this point and so pumped to see their efforts realized in an official way.

I’m stoked on reverie. I hear it’s more Crossbell 3 than Cold Steel V, and the crossbell arc has been my favorite so far.

I hate Reverie. The first half is very good, better than CS4 but I start to hate it after the route merges. I would hate it if the concept they introduced persist in later installments. Some side story are fine but some I’ve read better fanfics than Kurt disguise as Kurtina and make a St. Astria girl go Yuri.

There’s definitely an argument for that, even if it can be hard to see at times because Reverie is all wrapped in the “Cold Steel” software package.

Big part of why I liked Reverie is because I’m a huge fan of Crossbell. Azure is one of my all-time favorite games. Loved Zero, too.
