    If you’re one of the few people with ADHD who can do that kind of intense hyperfocus torturing yourself into getting things done without being physically, mentally, and emotionally drained for far too long afterwards and also too traumatized by the ordeal to want to try it again, then good for you! Keep doing what works for you!

    If, on the other hand, you’re not able to employ that method sustainably, How to ADHD has some great advice as usual 😁
