Hi, I liking using Lemmy, but hate seeing current events that relates to America on my feed. So I use the filter that this app has to keep them out.

Now it doesn’t work anymore and I’m starting to see the muted words on the feed again!

Help!

    Sorry for the delay! The issue started ever since I updated the app (I have the iOS) to the latest version. The words I muted are related to American politics (Trump, Elon Musk, etc.) and now they started showing up on the All tabs. I heard deleting the words and reinserting them in the filter works. But when I did that, it didn’t for some reason! Hope this helps…

      Hey! Unfortunately, I’m not able to reproduce this issue on my end after adding some filters and refreshing the feed page. Do you think you can give a more detailed step-by-step reproduction of this issue? For example:

      • Added “xyz” to keyword filters through Settings -> Filters
      • Navigate back to feed page and refresh feed
      • See the following post show up on the feed (link to the post in question)

      This should help me better reproduce the issue and figure out a fix for it!
