I was confused at first: Since when does Škoda produce the Smart? Didn’t know they also build trains. 🚈🚃🚃🚃

There are 2 Škoda companies in Czech Republic. One is in Mladá Boleslav, makes cars and is part of VW. The other one is in Plzeň and makes trams, trains and other.

Whenever I meet someone who’s proud to drive Mercedes, I tell them, that it only costs 2,10€ to drive Mercedes. (In German, to drive and to ride (a bus/car/train) is the same word).

I knew that Škoda used to build tanks and planes, I just didn’t know about the trains.
