Again, you’re losing sight of proportionality. The punishment should fit the crime. Someone viewing illicit content should not be treated at the same level as someone making and hosting that content. Especially since it is a national security risk to do so and largely abusers and most of these people actually making and hosting the content walk freely anyway…!
If you do harm, that should be punished. If you betray your country for one that is objectively worse (as in this case) that is harm. Especially because of the kink blackmail. It doesn’t STAY just viewing you know
