I just realized tonight that after having my CPAP for 5 years, the chronic shoulder pain I’ve lived with since I was a child is gone. My shoulder pain came from sleeping on my arms at night, to the point that they would lose circulation and feeling. Sometimes I even tore my shoulder trying to turn over when is lost feeling in my arms. I thought everyone must sleep like that and didn’t realize I had sleep apnea and I was using my arms to help prop myself up. Now with my CPAP I can comfortably sleep on my back, and it has been years since I’ve had shoulder pain.
I highly recommend a CPAP for all around good health!

Breathing is important! Who would have guessed? :D
I wore a CPAP for years, then lost a bunch of weight and now I don’t even need it!
Right?! Oxygen is awesome.
