I’m near enough to raven territory that I get to see them somewhat regularly and it’s a real treat - they’re so beautiful, and huge! I really like their vocalizations. My favorite though is the Fish Crow. Its vocalization never fails to make me chuckle, and they’re a sign you’re near the coast!
Anyway I had the opportunity to work with a crow at a wildlife rehab, and they’re so amazing in general. I was volunteering/learning raptor handling, but this crows trick was being able to recycle. Anyway they’re smart and pretty and prevent soooo many diseases by eating dead stuff! Shout out to them all (and ofc the vultures); vastly misunderstood and under appreciated for the good that they do.
I cannot tell the difference between them if I just see one in the wild.
Ravens have a more hooked beak, are less likely to be found in cities than crows and their tails are more wedge shaped than crows

Pretty sure I saw a raven the other day. I swear it sounded like a person so I looked out the window and there was a huge black bird in the tree and the crows were flying around it pissed off. So my vote goes to the raven what a spooky bird.

Ravens. I see them bully bald eagles all the time
I don’t see ravens around here(or don’t know them when I see them), but I love crows.
A crow will see a car coming towards them at 55mph and be like, “I got time for one more bite of this roadkill”.
Crows are cuter, Ravens are more majestic.
