any idea when was this depiction made? my guess is either late 1800s or early 1900s. since art style is very similar to early animation, and even the depiction of hooded night is very similar to as the depicted ones in animation (obviously they take inspiration from rwal armors, but i mean in sense or artistically similar)
Angus McBride was actually most active mid-late 1900s! He did a lot of historical depictions like this, along with fantasy illustrations.
