Then don’t think about it. Pick up dirty clothes, and rubbish first. You’ll see it more clearly and feel good, then the clothes that can still be worn, then you’re 70% to 80% of way there. Success is motivating.

I do that. Didn’t when I was younger. But as I am content and get older, easy. I struggle to get off games/Lemmy and allow my head to hit the pillow.
