it’s more like survival of the fittest to prove your utility to the porky. fascism after all is a half-way organic movement (people analyze their future and blame some minority, be it unionized pasta workers or jews or trans people or whatever), and it’s dangerous to see it as pure manipulation of someone, because it can blindside you.
