And since it’s a requirement for employment this will be 100% subsidized by the state? Free universal healthcare with a maximum waitlist of ~3 hours from calling to doctor to seeing a doctor or this policy doesn’t even begin to function.

Great so this means doctors will be available to see people with as little as 30 minutes notice at all times?
