Some foods taste more like themselves when you add a bit of salt, and some spices really work well with the natural flavor of a dish already. That’s the beauty and fun of cooking.
I recently made this discovery myself. Turns out, if you add flavor to them, they’re not bad.
Also, heirloom tomatoes have a wonderful flavor!
