We get it you really hate Meta glasses, while they will increase the problem they’re really just a symptom of it, we were just barely getting smart phones when I graduated high school, we had these problems as far back as middle school (and that’s probably just cause that’s when I was old enough to be aware of it)

That is correct; however, what others may have in mind when looking at these glasses is their whole point of existence. A phone was developed for a much grander thing. While these glasses… Well… have developed quite explicitly for this.
