Now I generally get along with anyone including people who do absolutely nothing as long as they’re nice it’s all good but sometimes I get a real stinker. A stinker who ynow is actively detrimental who does less than nothing sapping all your time and energy, fucking shit up then leaving it for you to fix and overall makes your day to day absolutely unbearable.
What do you do about them to not scream at them? Cos no matter what job I have there is always at least one and they always fixate on me because I have the bare minimum ask of leave me alone and that’s not good enough for them I must kiss the ground they walk on every time they fuck something up and bail.
Management also always makes the same excuses that I absolutely must work with fuckhead because reasons and I can’t simply work with anyone else for reasons of they need me to cover up for his lack of ability to not break everything.
Plant coke in their desk then tell HR you saw them snorting a line.
Jokes aside, fuck with them back. Tell them you’ll do stuff verbally then gaslight them if they follow up. Sabatoge them anyway you can without getting in trouble. Chances are if management is unwilling to fire or reprimand them they are unwilling to do the same to you.
People like you’re describing prioritize their wants over your livelihood. Treat them as such.
