Israeli forces have killed three Palestinians in Gaza as the territory marks three years of Israel’s genocidal war.

One attack killed a Civil Defence worker trying to rescue wounded people at a camp for displaced Palestinians near Kamal Adwan Hospital.

In southern Gaza, Israeli gunfire killed a boy east of Khan Younis, where troops continued firing heavy machine guns. A drone attack killed another person in the city.

The killings come on the third anniversary of the Hamas-led attack on Israel on 7 October 2023. Since then, Israeli forces have killed at least 74,000 Palestinians in Gaza, including thousands of children.
