For those without Telegram:
Dear readers,
Since most of our team is from post-Soviet states, we would like to honor the creator of the Flibusta project, Stiver. Flibusta is a free online library that provides access to Russian-language literature, allowing free exchange of literature among users.
On October 22, 2024, after a month of being treated for glioblastoma, which was unfortunately not curable, Stiver passed away through euthanasia.
Today we would like to honor the memory of Stiver, who shared the same goal of providing free access to knowledge. Same as Flibusta, Z-Library was created in 2009 with the mission of giving everyone the opportunity to read and learn, regardless of their financial status. This man was able to bring his idea to life and create a place where the words and thoughts captured in books could circulate freely.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of a man who has been a true asset to the book world. His efforts have made knowledge available to all, helping countless people broaden their horizons and discover new worlds of inspiration.
His memory will live on in our hearts as a symbol of the endless possibilities of the written word, a world that is truly open to all. We must continue his work of spreading knowledge and culture, and may his good deeds inspire us all.
Rest in peace, Stiver. Your contribution to making the world a better place through access to knowledge is immeasurable!

Same! Quit today. The most awkward conversation the rep couldn’t manipulate. Good fucking riddance.
A fucking tornado hell-bent on consuming billionaires??? Yes, please. I’ll take two!
Wish someone would do the same here in the US.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called it “by far the worst presentation of any foreign dignitary invited and honored with the privilege of addressing the Congress of the United States.”

Opponents argue the legislation infringes on civic organizations’ and leaders’ constitutional right to political speech and will disenfranchise voters who depend on support to access, complete and submit an absentee ballot application — none more so than the 30 percent of all eligible voters in Alabama who are disabled. Adding those who are 65 or older brings this number to almost 48 percent of all eligible voters in Alabama.
I mean…I’m sure the diligent GOP members effectively vetted the political affiliations of Alabama’s disabled seniors, right?
Right??
Because some of the checks were written while he was president.
SCOTUS can choke on a back of dicks.
No.
It’s insane that people think we can terraform Mars when we can’t even terraform Earth. Can’t wait for the first “Mars Titan” ships to implode in space.
I think you meant to add /s to your post.
What use is empathy in changing human behavior? If you’re not a bot, I don’t know what is.
I respectfully disagree.
Then, after you get to your destination, punch a Nazi or two.
