6 years agoYour purpose is to find your purpose and be ready for it. Force yourself to know about what’s happening locally as much as you can, write about it, be careful to do it in a way to not get you or your family in trouble.
Just… Get by. Get into tech bullshit IT, as that leads to weird places and atypical focus can be great for getting shit done.
Yeah you live in a bad place, and you probably can’t fix it. Do you have any family out of town you could visit for a while to see if you like things elsewhere? Try that.
At some point, you’ll have your shit together, it’s such a gradual thing, you won’t even notice how much better you are doing.

Protests are basically gatherings of people who are unhappy but don’t have an idea on a solution.
As if they had a solution… they would be out there doing that instead.
