Yes, there are devices that allow one to exchange air, while scavenging heat, so there is very little loss. Couple that with decent air filtration HEPA, etc, and you can maintain your indoor air quality.

The number of people sickened and killed by COVID-19 was increased by the policies of the trump administration, and by the politicization of masking, a scientifically proven means to prevent transmission of airborne diseases. The trump administration has ‘blood on its hands’ for this action. And trump, and the others involved should be tried for these treasonous crimes. Please vote to make sure that their coup in progress doesn’t destroy democracy in the US and elsewhere.

Nice! I’m growing habanero, cayenne, ají amarillo, and a surprise bishops hat plant showed up, too, this year. I did a small batch lactoferment with habanero, cumin, garlic, and salt, already. Quite tasty, and hoping for more as the season progresses.

A review of the book would be great. Mostly I take what I have from the garden - this year it’s cayenne, habanero , and ají amarillo, add some garlic, spices, brine it, blend it, and call it tasty. I want to see if I can grow Madame Jeanette next year.
