  • I have been on both of those and I don’t think you’ll notice the bupropion helping until you’re out of the withdrawing stage. Venlafaxine is a really wicked one to quit, I’m a bit surprised your doctor didn’t do a longer taper off schedule.

For what it’s worth, I really loved buproprion, and it’s done wonders for my bff who also has adhd.

  • Psychedelics were instrumental in keeping me alive after the events that caused my ptsd in the military. But I really don’t think it was just the drugs, I think it was also that using the drugs usually meant being in a “safe” place. There are people who will try to abuse you under the influence of the drugs, but they aren’t (usually) welcome in the groups. I would give one or both of my arms to be able to go back to that time and place, but like the article brings up, I need some medication to keep me going that interacts with most of my psychedelic choices. (also, of all of them ket would be my last choice. I never understood why it’s so popular lol)

  • I’m assuming it’s because most people do not keep their cats indoors here. This is a very agricultural area. So quite a lot of cats are shop/barn cats. The cat I adopted in this state is actually tattooed, but I adopted him from a shelter a little over 200 miles away and things start becoming much more urban the further in that direction you go from my “city”.

  • Wellbutrin definitely helped me much more than any other medication classified as an antidepressant. I think if I had known it was helping my undiagnosed adhd at the time I would have stayed on it, but it didn’t do shit for my depression lol.

I have never had to wait for a dose of Adderall or Vyvanse since I got diagnosed 2 years ago, and i actually have an extra month of them at the moment. I’m not sure if this is location or pharmacy specific, all my meds come from the VA.

I had to take prednisone for twelve days. On the first day I took it with my Vyvanse and ended up struggling with really bad anxiety all day. I barely felt like I could breathe. So I spent the rest of the days off my Vyvanse and now I’m terribly far behind on everything xD
