It’s still the platform if you are in the counter strike scene. It’s where all the pros and business insiders are. If you want updates, scoops, if you’re looking for a team or want to learn about tournaments in your area, you have to be on Twitter. It sucks. For me, personally, this just means I don’t follow the Counter-Strike scene anymore :/

This is incredibly visually pleasing to me. The look of the dice, the fact that they all landed on the same value, the yellow lighting contrasting the blue, is all just scratching every arbitrary itch in my head, as well as reminding me of a cozy evening of playing dice with my grandparents.

I mean, using your voice to influence the outcome of politics is kind of how a democracy works. Ideally, at least. But I agree with your sentiment.

Also, for a second I imagined a scenario where voting is done by small groups in booths, booing for the politicians they don’t like and clapping for the ones they like, and then someone would watch the tapes and just count how many people booed and clapped at every politician.

Consensual? Kids cannot consent. Kids are confused, curious hormone bombs who are easily manipulated and tend to put a lot of trust in adults who sound like they know what they’re doing. That’s the entire point of why we place that responsibility on the adults, and not the kids who don’t know what the fuck they’re doing.

Why? That seems like pretty neutral language to me.

Why don’t all three of us pool all of our savings, then split it among us? That way, we will each have 2 dollars.

Ah, I see. So you grew content with who you are, and now you have no motivation to improve yourself to your personal ambitions. That’s an angle I hadn’t considered. Well, in that case, get off your ass and get shit done! Just DO IT! :D I don’t know if that helps, but I know discipline and motivation is something a lot of people struggle with, who eventually figure it out.

If it seems completely hopeless and nothing works, have you considered talking to your doctor? Because there are after all some pretty big motivation eaters in undiagnosed ADHD or depression, etc.

That sounds less like validation, and more like praise. Validation comes without expectations. You are valued. Your existence matters. You are okay, and we like you. Its nice to have you around. You cannot fail to live up to this; its an intrinsic value you have (perhaps up to the point where your crimes exceed in to the unforgivable, but for the sake of argument, I’ll just assume you’re not a serial killer or whatever).

That’s crazy. Imagine being the kid who discovers their mom made comics, featuring them - first discovering the comics were widespread but also widely criticized. Then while checking some of the comments, learning that your mom also sells nudes.

I never bought myself stuff while drunk, but I liked to go on twitch and subscribe to random small channels, and gift them games they wanted to play lol.
