Going through this right now with a workplace unionizing effort. Effectively, 3-4 of us get any substantive work done, and then when the results don’t meet unrealistic expectation suddenly there is active discussion from the less involved members about how we’re not doing enough and failing the efforts yada yada

We’ve only been at it for less than a year and really making progress, but im actively busting my ass and being shit on for it all the time
