I have two brown tabbys and they’re on both ends of the brown tabby spectrum. One is fat and angry but lazy and the other is slender and ornery and always wrecking my stuff.

I’d love to leave, but it isn’t feasible for me. I’m absolutely terrified and have no way out.
Didn’t think we’d see the day. Guess Arin isn’t the one who wins today.
Yeah! I was surprised that none of the horses there crib, but then I learned just how many people go through in a day and interact with the animals. There must be at least 20 different people there in a day for lessons and visits.
Bruh. Chill. This horse is healthy and happy and well cared for. He just wants to be the center of attention at all times. We all know animals that are attention whores. None of the horses are suffering from emotional neglect or any other kind of neglect or abuse.
Oh yes lol. He gets really excited to see me. I also make a big deal over seeing him. I’m all enthusiastic like, “There he is! There’s the guy! It’s him!”
Why? Lil dude lives a super spoiled life
The dripping is from him drinking water then immediately shoving his face through the bars for attention lol.
Most of the horses at this place can do that. This lil guy is too short to reach out of the other hole in the stall that is designed for horses to stick their heads out of lol.
Idk. It isn’t my barn. I can tell you that the horses get out of their stalls daily and live great lives. Almost all of them are rescues
Can I get the link too? The book looks interesting
Part of my job is keeping all of the endpoints my work manages up to date with patch compliance. I’ve had to create exceptions for the past two windows 11 updates because they won’t run on most machines for no reason. It’s been a pain in the ass. I can’t just add the machines to the exception list without doing basic troubleshooting because “procedure” and I’ve spent so much time doing absolutely unnecessary shit.
Omfg that’s amazing
Horses are great, but so much work and money. Had them growing up and loved it so much. I can’t afford my own horse right now, so I volunteer at a stables (watering and grooming and just helping out in general) and it’s enough for me at the moment. I get riding lessons when I can afford them, but it’s not on a consistent schedule like the volunteering.
I totally recommend that people get involved with horses in some way if they have the desire. There’s a bond between humans and horses that’s primal. It runs deeper than any other connection I’ve experienced. I feel closer to horses than any other creature. Just being in their presence is therapeutic.
Just make sure to stay safe if you aren’t experienced with them and have someone teach you what you meed to know to not get stomped or kicked to death. I consider myself as experienced with interacting and being around them and all that, but there are still times where I have close calls.
Yes lol. I named my other dog Rosie after the lady who runs the camp bar.
I don’t, unfortunately.
Nobody is entirely sure. At least 20, but I think she’s closer to 30
I had a cat that was not an asshole. But he was severely disabled. Bad brain damage, nearly blind, digestive issues, and a heart murmur that turned into heart failure.
Lil dude was too dumb and fragile to be anything but the best cat in the world. The only thing he did that annoyed me, was stealing slices of pizza, eating the cheese off of them, then putting the soggy slice where he knew I’d step on it. It was too funny for me to be actually mad.
He had a great 8 years and knew nothing but complete adoration from literally everyone he met.
