I wasn’t calling out roads or last mile delivery. I was calling out semi-trucks and the insanely large (both financialy and area) infrastructure that is required to support them. Rail is smaller and cheaper and can carry everything a truck can and more of it

Switzerland requires all warehouses to have a rail connection. Semi trucks are not needed.

Sounds like we need to remove the need for sidewalks. Rip up all the roads in the city and replace them with green space. Problem solved

Edit: Did more digging on the site and found the dress

So the site I pulled the image from called it a pinafore dress. But most of the results I got were pinafore aprons or Western pinafore dresses missing the pleated skirt. A lot of the cosplayer stores I looked at focused on the much more popular sailor style.
