Thanks for putting this together! This is an excellent write up and is super informative! I’m already using Navidrome + Tempo with Lidarr for my music library, but since the database issues with Lidarr popped up a few months ago I haven’t bothered adding new stuff.

I had no idea Explo was a thing, it’s just what I’ve been hoping existed. I’m going to try and get it integrated into my set up.

I’ve also really struggled with Caddy despite everyone saying its so simple. I’m pretty new to all this, but I had better luck with Traefik - I now actually have a reverse proxy up and running correctly, which I haven’t been able replicate with Caddy.

Traefik labels make sense to me in a way Caddy does not.

Oh yeah I didn’t mean to imply selling NSFW content is bad or a moral failing of some sort, because its not. Same way pushing boner pills on prime time cable isn’t some sort of moral failing, I just don’t care for it and have no desire to have that content pushed to me, so I avoid it.

My quibble with pizzacake is the low effort level of pushing these ads. If she was selling artisinal mittens and using low effort comics to push that I’d feel the same. It’s just extra weird because the rabid fanbase will jump down your throat to the point that you have to post paragraphs denouncing misogynist intent just to point out that these comics are low effort ads.

EDIT: the r/comics drama and her general handling of criticisms also have influenced my opinion of pizzacake. But honestly, these comics lack any sort of punchline most of the time, and the “biting political takes” like this one are so BLAND and safe.

I’ve been using IronFox on mobile since Mull went away, but I’m ready to hear why that’s a bad option from anyone who knows better.

So far its worked very similarly to Mull, in that I’ve had no issues with it so far. I don’t do banking or financial shit on my phone though, so I can’t comment on how well it works for that functionality.
