In ark ascended same cpu was allowing this gpu to run at 99% utilizacion and i had 110 fps but it was pirate bay copy. So i bought the game legaly and now gpu is at 80% and i have 80fps… Do you understand what is veard here? Same game one from pirate bay one legaly bought and two diferent performanses…

Its software thing, not hardvare. I just tested csgo yesterday again and i noticed when i die and watch others play, gpu is runing at 99% but when new game starts and i start playing it runs at 80%. Thoy i have over 300fps in both scenarios on max graphical settings so i dont mind.

This is not older title, ark ascended came about 3 years ago. Ark survival evolved is older title and i also played it with this gpu and it worked great on best graphical settings and was using gpu to 99%.

So how can cpu sudenly become botlneck the moment i buy the game and play it legaly… Now my gpu run around 79% and i have 80fps.

They are rather basic, not great like in Minecraft but it is something, it looks nice. And its not complicated like in Minecraft to get them on.

This game does not have all the content that Minecraft does, and things that it have are not as good. So dont expect to much. It have some things better than in Minecraft but those are rare details…

But the main advantige over Minecraft is that this game is open source, unlike Minecraft that is proprietery game. Which means this game is not ovned by some big tech company that we have to beg to add something new to the game. This game is ovned by noone, its free game ovned by comunity, it belongs to us, gamers. Developed by passionate develpoers and other people viling to help.

So if you notice some feature that is missing, you dont have to beg for developers to make it, you can make it yourself.

You have shaders built in, just go to settings, graphics, and turn them on 🙂

I play Voxe Libre its the one Mineclonia was forked from. And its the best game in Luanti. You have shaders in it, just go to graphics settings and turn them on, i think its the feature of the Luanti engine, not the game itself, so you should have it in Asuna as well. Also rendering distance is infinite, you can incrise it as much as you want, or rather as much as your pc can handle… What i like in Luanti is that you can have world 100 times deeper than Minecraft, but for now Voxe Libre didnt use that feature…

Yea ca go works great and i dont have a problem with it. But in Ark i need that gpu to work full power because game is wery heavy and i dont have high fps in it. Strangest thing is just two days before today i was playing cracked version of the game and it used my gpu to 99% so its not about my cpu or something. Now that i bought the game legaly i have this 80% usage and lover fps. 😵‍💫

Yea thats fine i can limit fps in the menus, or i can just leave it since i dont spend much time in menus just a minute or two before game starts. The problem is i dont have performance that i expect in demanding game that needs that power.

Yea i dont need 4000fps in menus but just noticed interesting detail that in there its also limited to 80% usage even thou fps is 4000 compared to 90 in the game…

I use mangohud to monitor gpu, cpu, ram, vram and temps. The strangest thing is, i downloaded cracked version of ark ascended before bying it, and i added it to steam using opcion “add non steam game” than it worked wery good, using my gpu up to 99%. And after that when i bought game legaly on steam i have this wierd 80% usage and worse fps… 😳

I realised why it was displayed like that. When i installed the system i chose opcion make separeta particion for home directory or something like that, thats why it was displayed this way. Now i reinstalled my system and chose no dont use separate particion for home and now its displayed as usual…

No i dont need those particions, those are my other drives. I have one nvme 2TB ssd than 1TB regular ssd, one 500GB regular ssd (Arch is installed on that one) and one 500GB hdd.

Other drives are curently unmounted and i dont need them. Just want to see this one 500GB ssd properly displayed. I have no idea how much space i have left on it, and i plan to install some game expesions, so this is the time to fix it…

You realy think that big companies work in minus? Why would they? Youtube was working for years without a single add so did they run out of money…? Do you know how many sites and apps are free? So who is paying for them? Let me explain to you how software world works. You make chatgpt and you give it for free to people, than you collect all personal data people tell to chat gpt and you sell that data to powerfull people that control this world from shadows. Listen, principle is this. When you have suden change thats what you are calling “crisis” if there is more demand than manufacturing process will get bigger and make more. But that needs time and if you have sudden demand than there is no time to make manufacturing process biger so you get “crysis”.

It will just take a bit of time to make manufacturing process biger and everything will be back to normal. Or if demand is temporary than there is no need to make manufacturing process bigger, we will just get trough. So eather way it cant be forever crysis thats nonsense…

Well if people will watch ai video like normal one, and watch adds the same, why would youtube care? Only if ai stuff we dislike, than youtube will do something about it.

On lbry we are free to upload whatever we want and noone can ban me from platform for reviling all epstine files for example. While on youtube people are banned and shadow banned all the time for speaking about covid or any other “unvanted” topic. I dont say this game is bad, i didnt even try it. I beleave its fun, but just saying my overall feel of cheapness the moment i enter todays games, compared to quality and effort and art i see in old games…

No i didnt but any new game i try i dont find it to be fun. And also new games feel unfinished and unpolished, while old games feel complete and totaly ready for sale. New ones rely on updates over the internet, while old ones were sold on discs and had to be totaly complete before first release. No on fly fixes and updates….
