Teachers dissatisfied with working conditions; women in campuses dissatisfied with assault cases being silenced; students that can’t afford transport for their classes or food.

All of those will find an answer through a vanguard party and the class struggle.

Find the movements or local conflicts that are already happening and take part in them. You’ll notice that the party will naturally require “subdivisions” that tackle specific problems (eg. women’s movement; black resistance etc). Since you’re starting your development through those struggles and recruiting within their context, the members will be “formed” by the struggle itself, they will be the people facing that struggle and learned to fight it.

Having a vanguard party that agglutinates and centralizes all these in the class struggle will build a robust, strong party. You should also have a clear view of the difference between a party for mass support and a Marxist vanguard party.

Take the microphone, make the opinions of your party heard and give a path to real solutions that contrasts with liberal’s hand waving their problems away. Give real support to the vulnerable publicly through actions. Show yourselves to be combative and proactive. Study and teach Marxism; don’t tolerate liberalism and revisionism; fight for leadership in unions and student’s orgs; recruit, recruit and recruit.

It’s the most clear in part 1, I think

The Return is probably my favorite piece of art, or at least the one I think about the most (yes, I’m autistic)

I got really high one time and watched a bunch of twin peaks. I had an epiphany about how a lot of central images of the show are elements of smoking cigarettes (the curtains are the flames and the floor is smoke or the ashes, for example).

I also noticed recently how S3 shows a “battle” between cold/blue tones (which always follow cops, death and investigations) and hot/orange/yellow tones (which always follow the more heartfelt and emotional elements). You can notice that characters react to blue tones taking over the screen, for example. That makes sense of some seemingly random reactions that happen sometimes. Could also be a general “analytical vs. spontaneous and heartfelt” that the colors are there to reinforce rather than encode completely.

Going further on this, there seems to be some kind of “trap” to catch the investigators/the blue/the analytical mind into an unsolvable case and then defeat it. Kinda like “Death and a Compass” by Borges.

The acting and the dialogues sometimes seem to convey different things at the same time. How the acting feels vs the concrete information being told.

(Nobody I know watches it and it’s great to finally dump this out of my head haha)

Honestly, I’d get a bit annoyed it isn’t going anywhere, but I’m sure I’d feel better about myself having a confirmation I’m attractive to others

About Brazil specifically: in the past decade or fifteen years, it appears that organized crime has been developing into strong institutions with ties to the police, military, churches, politics and banks.

Their more immediately apparent effect is the recruiting, arming and training of socially vulnerable minors in the outskirts of cities, which then start local “wars” with each other with considerable death tolls. This inflow of guns and training also find their way into the hands of criminals that are more interested in small, quick gains instead of the whole criminal institution development: robbery, kidnappings etc.
