I used Arch for a couple years and enjoyed it. Occasionally an update would break the system but there was always a fix on the Arch forum. I found it quite easy to install and use, but I’m a long time Linux user, wouldn’t recommend it to a beginner.
Thanks but it looks to be more trouble than it’s worth I’m not very tech savvy, I hoped there would be an easy fix but I’ll go without the Magic Sysrq commands.
I think I’m out of luck then, I did some research before making this post and my keyboard (Logitech k400+) doesn’t have an alternative key combo.
I guess I’ll have to keep doing safe reboots by logging into a terminal, a little less convenient than Sysrq + reisub but not a big deal.
Thanks everyone.
For me the golden age of gaming was 16 bit, late 80s early 90s. The Commodore Amiga, Atari ST, SNES, Sega Genesis. There were some great games released for these machines.

I had one when I was a kid, best I could do was 1 side…

Vigilante shows… maybe the Death Wish movies
Classic sci-fi movies with a meaningful message, maybe you’d like Planet of the Apes

Minor injuries or illnesses taking forever to heal…

I’ve been enjoying Combat Master on the PC it’s an FPS that’s a lot of fun.

Free Open Source Software is pretty amazing imo
I disagree, I wouldn’t recommend Arch to someone new to Linux, they would probably struggle.
