3·23 days agoTo my limited understanding, Canada has (or had) a teacher shortage and that the work visa requirements for education are more lenient than other fields. As with most countries, a work visa -> permanent residency -> citizenship is the “easiest” path to immigration. The largest hurdle is usually finding a company to sponsor your visa.
