Been coding for decades: burned out several times. I always return later after other jobs
I think the most job satisfaction I ever had was demolishing a house, another good thing for me was delivering pizzas.
Long term computer programmer, making my own library. American based. Far left politically. Politics centered around promoting use of paper ballots. Follows news about environmental collapse, political corruption in my country, human rights, science and tech. Earlier

Reading more of the comments here, from Spain and Denmark, it seems it is in other food items in the EU; perhaps there are better regulations with yogurt?
Where I am at (Texas) I find it in many sugar free yoghurts
There are other studies using humans, see https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/erythritol-cardiovascular-events
This sugar substitute is going to be the asbestos of sweeteners in the next few decades. And I find it remarkable it is in so many foods.
Today on balanced news we ask the question: is fire hot? We will listen to one expert who declares most dumpster fires don’t exist.
They sign other papers in addition to receiving salary.
Usually with very low salary one expects other compensation, besides money: but performing arts and other categories allow legal creativity.
If More questions I may be wrong, such as exact details. But have seen this in real life ( although not me) . Should consult legal expert in Texas state law
Salary in Texas avoids all that, I can hire you for a salary of 1$ a year and demand you work 60 hours. But you can quit any time
Legal in Texas: put them on salary and have them sign a few papers.
Until we get to net-zero emissions, extreme weather will only get worse
Am I wrong in thinking extreme weather will get worse for a very long time, thousands of years, even after zero emissions? The co2 is not removed after that, and the warming and cooling cycle will disrupt things for at least 30,000 years even if we reached that goal today ?
Another study that proves water is wet
The Ukrainian revolution had from the very start an anti corruption message. Politicians have both taken advantage and undermined it. This week is not unexpected. Zelenskyy backtracking today is not unexpected. Him using smoke and mirrors, in his new idea, to avoid undermining political allies will not be unexpected next month.
It is utterly predictable that this newspaper will issue similar editorial later.
One day there will be not so much corruption in the life blood of Ukrainian politics. But not soon. Maybe in a generation?
People know instinctively when they are dating up, down or have impossible dreams.
The reasons for that is as varied as there are people, but we all have primate brains and are hard wired to select partners using criteria that can be and are amazingly flexible

USA: Humanism and mercy are fine, but don’t use them too much, or for every group
I suspect the reaction would have been less if the Christian themed camps were spared.
Even so, I doubt even these protests can do much
That “democracy” has many issues: I personally believe it’s beyond saving. But if one wishes to make it be real, paper ballots counted by witnesses is a required first step.
This fundamental requirement to democracy is missing in most of the USA, and it is not easy to generate interest to promote change. People refuse to take it seriously, the press will ignore it, and there is a weird cult about computers being required to count votes.
I have decided Americans, as a nation, can never understand how democracy works. They believe in voting but require some oligarch to tell them the results. The fix is in for most primary winners and the general elections are run in a way to maximize profits.
Laughable as that may be, it is a permanent problem in many states, and cannot be solved. This broken democracy cannot not be a solution to the problems.
That said, it’s certainly possible to use this as a solution to local areas and a few states. Just never the whole nation
Rumors to this day state it pulses to a Gregorian chant
Heh, I was managing tabs on Firefox a generation ago
I have seen a few people who are similar to that become old; struggling for decades with damage done to their bodies when younger.
I am not judging others , just remarking the survival rate is high
