21·1 day agoThere’s just this bizarre Israel apologist stance that isn’t founded in reality whatsoever, and it’s almost as sinister as the extreme hatred of Jews generally.
I’m perfectly contented to take a non-interventionist stance on pretty much everything in the middle east. You can’t protect any group in that region without aligning with fascists.
It’s not like Israel would be any better.

Federation is not a solution. Figuring out how to fight botting and illegal content without imposing censorship is the only solution. ActivityPub is just reddit with extra steps.
