This is a scorpion replaced by copper, found in a copper mine. A scorpion likely got buried in some mud or sediment, and over the years became fossilized in copper as copper-rich mineral deposits replaced the original organic material. So, this is copper coalesced in the shape of the scorpion in that pose, and it stays posed that way forever.
It’s like when you see dinosaur fossils; you aren’t seeing the original bones, you’re seeing everlasting minerals which deposited in the exact shapes of the buried bones over time, replacing the buried organic bone matter as it decayed away. As this buried scorpion decayed away, copper filled in the gaps where it used to be.
EDIT: maybe it’s questionable? @Evil_Shrubbery@lemmy.zip adds perspective in a reply below.
I bet it’s a better actor.
With all due respect, Nina Paley is a piece of shit who can cram her comics sideways and fuck off.
Tag and Bink.
This can also be good advice for dealing with adults.
And you get to be the genius who fixed the Internet for everyone living there. Nice one!
Put on some John Waters movies and load the karaoke machine with lots of Cher and Elton John.
The big thing about Fair Use/Fair Dealing is it’s not automatic protection from any sort of consequence, lawsuit, or prosecution. It’s only a possible defense you can try using once you’re in court about it, and there are no guarantees it’ll work out for you.
Fair Use/Fair Dealing has never been the magic “you can’t do anything to me” protection many people seem to think it is. A judge has every ability to decide what you did wasn’t a fair use and judge against you.
Not to mention that zillions of underage kids have their own legit cards nowadays.
Roland T. Flakfizer is ballet.
Pennypacker.

There are also older and jankier trucks still around which need the engine running for things like the lights and/or the hydraulic loading gate in the back to operate. Both these things are non-negotiable safety needs when loading or unloading a truck.
The Katamari remasters are very well done as these things go. Just the right amount of graphical and compatibility boosting while not screwing with the gameplay, audiovisuals, or quirky vibes which made the originals so great.
If it’s being judged by people when you order food that you’re worried about, how does using a different name affect that at all? You’re still there ordering the same food.
The main thing is, nobody who sells or delivers food for a living actually gives a serious shit what you order. Just tip well.
It depends entirely on the payment processor. Some will fail if the name and/or address doesn’t match what’s on file for the card.
I’ve spent a long phone call at a day job with a payment failing until the person remembered that their card was held by their birth name rather than their married name, and the payment went through once that was corrected.
A certain little moustache was generally popular and harmless before Hitler came along, but after the war it forever became the Hitler moustache and shaving one’s face in that style nowadays invites the comparison whether or not one means it that way.
Thank you for the additional info!
