I’m all for going back to a time when we used to leave the house to go searching for something and only sent away for what we couldn’t find, but could wait for.

Cool. I’m too busy being a wage slave and watching the world burn to play PC games anyway.
Long-term direct care for humans at any stage of life in the US (that aren’t of extreme wealth) is both obscenely expensive and yet woefully inadequate. I work in brain and spinal rehab AFCs and we’re far worse than most average nursing homes.

Low-Res Indy games for the win.

Not with the lack of high speed rail and cost effective public commuter infrastructure in the US. But we’ve got that freedom stuff, or so I hear.
In our house, it is referred to as ‘magic water’.

It was one of those situations where the bike was way too small for me. Lol. Head-over-handrails.

I did this on a BMX with the standard pedal brakes. Went face first onto the blacktop. Meat crayon status. Would not recommend.

Sounds on par with the rest of the tech oligarchy. Imagine missing a payment. You’re in a business meeting and a tiny RC tow truck wheels in to haul it away.
Who needs AI on all the time?! Oh, I know. No one! It’s the reason why energy costs are high and resources are being wasted/reallocated on a regular. Most private models would be utilized only when needed and only by those that have a justifiable need for it. Not on for the sake of being on. We don’t need an AI summary of the history and purpose of a fucking saucepan. But we get it whenever someone types it in search to find where to buy one.
