Graphene is still Android, which is only tangentially Linux at this point. PostmarketOS is more a proper Linux phone (there are a few others but that one seems to be the most along version to date). It does boot on certain models but even the best ones are a bit finicky still.

Cycling. I was too heavy and out of shape to jump straight to the deep end so I went with a pedal assist ebike, it allows me to move at a rapid pace while still keeping in the cardio range. I live close enough to work to cycle to and from, gives me an extra 30 minutes of high intensity cardio per day. That and cooking at home using fresh ingredients as much as possible. Also, less garbage carbs, more complex carbs (also learned I have celiac disease so I also had to go gluten free, though you might not have that particular issue)

I fairly recently learned I have Celiac disease…I miss a proper sandwich (I’ve yet to find a gluten free bread that doesn’t suck, though I haven’t gotten into trying the really boujee ones that are the cost of a whole loaf for a few slices of bread). When I was able to eat sandwiches though, I totally did this.

I walk 10-15k steps per day and work 260 days per year. I’ve gotten nearly 2 years out of my set of Brooks walking shoes (though, I did have to replace the insoles after a year).

You know, I could see that, though for some reason it feels like Gabe would be more wholesome and much less completely unhinged when he rants.

I can only hope he has made some form of training program to have someone like him in place to follow behind him. I do worry about it as well, though. It’s been such a fun ride along the way.
