I think the spotify shuffle+ algorithm weighs songs more when you’ve liked them more recently.

I’m also fairly confident the artist’s contract impacts the weight as well, especially for suggested songs not in your playlist.

Songs from the backlog get played, but at a much lower frequency. Random should have a relatively flat distribution, not a skewed bell curve.

You’re not wrong about some drugs but others taste bad simply because they don’t consider flavor and you’re supposed to just swallow them anyways.

Some Ibuprofen pills taste neutral to pleasant while others are awfully bitter. Ibuprofen itself has a clinical or sterile or saline IV flavor, not offensive.

Unflavored sugar pill can have a pretty awful taste on its own.

That’s a minor sound when I do it if I understand correctly. Audible but light. I can flex the muscles in my jaw/tongue as one would to attempt to pop ears, but pushing out from the back of the mouth and pulling my jaw backwards. I think it slightly restricts blood flow and makes it turbulent past the ear. Sounds like pulsar tinnitus (probably not relatable) but constant as long as I hold it.

So when it comes to the concept of the science on matter progressing, you’re anti that.
