I was cleaning the other day and noticed some lint/dust getting sucked into the vacuum cleaner while I was holding it in the air. It made me think an air filter would probably catch dirt as it gets stirred up within the space.
Does anyone use one? Have you noticed a cleaner room/home as a result?
I own one and I think it does reduce dust build-up a little bit. There’s also a carbon filter in it, which actually helps to reduce odor a lot when you turn up the fan setting. I was seasoning a cast iron pan with canola oil once and that can smell pretty bad, I reminded myself i own the purifier so I turned it up and it actually helped reduce the smell, maybe by half or something.
