The price of bitcoin 7 years ago was 9200, I doubt he had a lot of money when he was 8 years old, the question is how did he make an account to buy bitcoin?

Bitcoin does not require an account. You just need a wallet address and the keys. You can make your own with available software.

Maybe you meant how he funded the account. I would guess one of the following,

        1. Mine shitcoin then trade for bitcoin.

        2. Buy gift cards and trade them for bitcoin.

        3. Bitcoin ATM

I am aware you can create an address without any verification, but purchasing it is difficult in some countries. Maybe he used local bitcoin before it was shutdown.

Each country have their own regulations, in the past it was easier these days it is way harder to buy and believe me I know many exist that doesn’t make it easier for children to buy. Monero for example is very hard to buy, swapping with another crypto coin is easier than buying it from a crypto exchange.
