I made it almost to retirement age without a credit score. But I freely admit it’s probably a luxury that isn’t afforded to younger folks.
Move to south east Asia. They don’t have anything like them. It’s not the cure all you think it is.
Why is it binary?
You need a high credit score for the home loan you’ll never get approved for. Duh!
