Soy chorizo is meatless soy based chorizo, tastes pretty much exactly like the regular stuff just a little dryer, the cheese makes up for that.

    Every time. Every time I see a sentence starting with “soy” I immediately switch back to Spanish in my mind and whatever follows in the sentence is just crazy

    Looks amazing though. Love sunny side eggs. I wish I had this for breakfast
