Whoever doesn’t know that true good porn sites are found using Yandex and don’t give two shits about US FTC rules hasn’t looked very hard.

“No not really, other than ‘government agents’ always being bad. Just use another site that isn’t complying. Is it shadier? Likely, but so was pornhub in 2008. Just avoid motherless and efukt if those still exist. Or torrent.”

It does matter because it means that using the same legal methods, a government can compel any business or entity to divulge any file you as a user have allowed to enter the system. This isn’t a far jump from making all your Google Photos, Drive, etc. files searchable without a warrant if someone can trigger the right reasons.

they changed their name again? When the last porn company I worked for, Digital Pink/Twistys, got bought by them they were called Manwin. Prior to that they were Mindgeek. Prior to that I think they were Mansef…or Mansef was after Manwin…I don’t know they change their name all the time.

regardless they’re a shit company to work for. When Digital Pink got bought a bunch of co-workers decided to move from Toronto to Montreal to work at the HQ and then promptly returned to Toronto after a few months because the place was horrible, which, in all honesty isn’t saying much when you’ve spent any time working in the porn industry.

they bought everything up. I worked for 3 different adult companies in my life and they ALL eventually got bought by them.

    1. Watch porn from websites known to be on servers known to be in countries that have meaningful privacy laws.
    2. Or Tor. If the site even allows that. But still, be sure that you reveal nothing of your actual identity.
    3. Or VPN. Although you should have a legally binding contract with the VPN that they don’t store or disclose your activity to 3rd party. And/or also point 1.

all porn sites I know of can be accessed through Tor; maybe there are some that can’t, but it’s definitely not hard to find ones that can
