I seem to remember some weird drama where he was mad at his girlfriend, who was a surfer and a model, for wearing revealing clothes in public. He has a pretty respectable movie career but acts like such a weird, insecure loser.
Doesn’t help when his career was pretty much built on him being the butt of the joke for being the fat, weird looking guy. It doesn’t excuse misogyny or violence, but you understand why someone who was treated like that when they were a teen and young adult has a giant chip on their shoulder.
