Is there some sort of pipeline to get these people back into regular society?
I feel bad especially for the ones who are 2nd or 3rd gen fully jumped in made (wo)men, never knowing anything else but suckling to the military teet. they are turned into these hideous monsters without dignity. Of course I feel worse for their victims. What can productively be done?
what is to become of these people other than stay behind gladio paperclip infiltrators?
Is there a TRC process ready to go? Or what? If that state just collapsed

what of the many, many crimes? what if everyone who’d ever served in the IDF was evaluated according to their military file and public statements they’ve made, then prosecuted according to the laws? How many courts would be required? And each person who resides in a stolen home. All incitements to genocide.
in addition to the reeducation and surveillance that will have to be done, i think it would help things if former israelis aren’t allowed to form communities amongst themselves so resentment can’t fester.
ultimately what is done is up to Palestinians but my recommendation would be to kick out anyone with citizenship or qualification for citizenship in another country unless they aided the resistance, and my prediction is that the vast majority of israelis are too bigoted to stay in a free palestine with equality under the law and would leave on their own.
my fear is that some rump israel will persist and cause all kinds of problems. not in a 2-state solution way but because the cost of destroying it completely could be too high.
Thing is that kicking israelis out of israel doesn’t solve the problem, they will go to the western places that have supported them all these years. If integration is done well then I think the resentment propaganda could become less powerful. But also it’s not fair to treat this group of refugees so much nicer than any other group because you are afraid of them.
The nicest way to stop people forming homogeneous communities is to strongly welcome and integrate into an anti-fascist plurality in country of destination. Does the west have the capacity?
