I’m guilty of it but browsing social media. The algorithms are intentionally designed to keep you addicted and engaged and all fall for it.

A lot of people think one lives to work not working to live. So many people flexing they work 80 hours a week but by the time they retire, all the savings and pensions go to medication and elderly care.
