For anyone that has tried it, does ratatouille taste good? It looks visually impressive, but the flavors seem kind of basic and there seems to be a lack of starchy carbs.
It doesn’t traditionally look like this. This version is based on the Disney film which based theirs on a specific chef’s version, who was really the only one presenting it that way. Traditionally it looks more like:
