It’d be a real shame if no one cooperated with law enforcement to find and apprehend the suspect.

    A real shame.

“We discovered there were just too many people that were recently denied life saving medicine because someone that’s not a doctor said so. Everyone of those people have family and loved ones that could be pushed this far. Probably gonna happen again unless the corps in charge do something.”

    Anyone saying anything like that?

Remember that jury nullification is an option.

They can’t make you give any particular verdict.

Just don’t tell the judge/lawyers etc that you’re going to nullify.

Good. It’s hard to think of a purer evil than someone who makes themself obscenely wealthy by directly making suffering people suffer more.

Insurance at scale is basically like running a casino. As long as math continues to work, you’re almost guaranteed to make money. But the demand for ever increasing profits means that they need to try to deny as many claims as possible.
