You guys are making the wrong friends. I have…okay 1 maybe 2 friends that I can make plans with and we can bail on each other with no issues.

I love hanging out with them, but I also love hanging out at home with my cats and sometimes I need to cancel when I’m not feeling it. 1 friend in particular usually is happy with it and sometimes cancels on me before I get to do it. We do hang out on occasion, but fuck we love cancelling plans. It feels so good to realize now you don’t have shit to do today and you can just relax.

I listen to some conversation podcasts and Spanish songs with the lyrics so I can read along and look up words/phrases that I need to. I think immersion is better for picking up algunos palabras para conversacion.

Same here. I learned un poco en escuela, but didn’t pick up that much. I recently started trying Language Think Transfer. It’s kind of fast paced, but it goes over a lot of language concepts to help you translate outside of the classroom. It follows a teacher and student learning and the one I’m doing is 90 lessons. I got to take notes and everything.

It’s not quite this same, but I was renting a Sega Genesis game called Elemental Master for the weekend. It started with a stage select screen like Mega Man and after beating the initial ones you fight the last boss. The game play was more like Gunsmoke though (top-down shooting). Well I fought all the way to the last boss and then died.

After my fit of anger. I noticed that there were power-ups that you get after beating the other levels. You start mastering more than just the reg attack, like Mega Man. 😔 I felt very dumb, but the game was more fun after that.

He did gut any dept of gov that would go after grifters or hold them accountable.

Cute. I like that I can measure learning Spanish with the amount of jokes I get.
