Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add sugar and salt and well combine. Add milk+yeast, 2 eggs, 1/2 the remaining milk. Mix well. Once smooth, add the rest of the milk and melted butter. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. One more good mix and fill a squeeze bottle 3/4 full. Oil the pan and cook them like æbleskivers.
